It is with sadness that the passing of Carmen Gloria Wisneski (Meriden, Connecticut) is shared. Carmen, born on January 5, 1946, passed away on August 31, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eligio Santiago and Maria Santiago. She is survived by: her husband J. Jerrold Wisneski; her children, Siobhan McLaughlin (Shawn), Eamonn Wisneski (Kori) and Roisin Ford (Nick); her grandchildren, Aibhlinn and Aislinn McLaughlin; her children, Jack, Zoë Wisneski, Andy and Mia Ford; her stepgrandchildren, Seth, Josh and Alyssa McLaughlin; and her siblings, Irma Whalen, Nelida Ortiz (Fernando Ortiz) and Eligio Santiago. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
