Cecilia Bonet Cardona Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2025, at the age of 97, Cecilia Bonet Cardona (Meriden, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Avelino Bonet and Angela Vargas; and her children, Hiram, Juny and Maria Cardona.
She is survived by: her husband Manuel "Neco" Cardona; her children, David Cardona (Anita), Olga Watson (Jack), Doris Johnson and Anne Cardona; her brother Robert Bonet; her grandchildren, Louise, Marc Cardona and Kathy Acosta; and her caregiver Daphne. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home (88 E Main St, Meriden, CT 06450). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Church (35 Center St, Meriden, CT 06450).
