It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles William Deegan Jr. (Meriden, Connecticut), who passed away on September 20, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Deegan and Helen Deegan (Seach); and his wife Marilyn Deegan (Tracy). He is survived by: his children, Charles Deegan (Carmen) of Holly Hill, Brian Deegan of Walling, Maureen Richard (Kyle) of Prospect and Thomas Deegan (Pelinda) of Chatham, Massachusetts.; and his grandchildren, Jarod, Alex and Charlie.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home (88 E Main St, Meriden, CT 06450). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Lady Queen of Angels Parish (177 W Main St, Meriden, CT 06451). A burial was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 10:45 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (250 Gypsy Ln, Meriden, CT 06450).
