He was predeceased by : his parents, Alex Hilton and Rosa Frierson Hilton; and his siblings, Thomas Hilton, Mary Rickenbacker, Ollie Hilton, Emma Jean Patterson, Beulah Alston and Edward Hilton.

He is survived by : his children, Linda, Sylvia Hilton, Patricia Archer (Rondal), Tracy Holley, Wendy Hilton, Yvonne Holley and Benjamin "Alex" Hilton; and his grandchildren, Jevon, Paris, Roderick Foster, Janell Hilton, Shamaree Brissett, Rondal Archer, Shani Holley, Jaquoi, Jeron, Kamren Belin, Alissa Leggett and Tamika Holley. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
