He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Hernandez Sr. and Norma Francisco. He is survived by: his wife Beatriz Hernandez; his daughters, Stephanie Ann Hernandez and Charity Lace Bragg Hernandez; his siblings, Stephen Hernandez and Carmen Hernandez; and his grandchildren, Alexis Gabriella Velez Hernandez, Eliza Louise Leslie, Kinsley Mae Shepherd and Pryce Ethan Shepherd.
