He is survived by: his wife Eunice Johnston (McBride); his children, Bruce Johnston (Hana Kim) of Bradenton, FL and Laurie Johnston of East Lyme, CT; his grandchildren, Michael Johnston (Mikala), Nicholas Johnston, Alicia Johnston, Zachary Blanchette, Hannah Kenniston (Jason) and Romeo Goldreich; and his children, Brooks, Quinn and Andie Johnston.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Nelson Hall at Elim Park Place (150 Cook Hill Rd, Cheshire, CT 06410).
