He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ives and Lillian Ives (Redmann); and his nieces, Samantha Ives and Justine Loomis. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Ives (Orzel); his brother Wayne Philip Ives (Kelle); his siblings-in-law, Dennis J. Orzel (Ellen) and Diane Loomis; and his nieces and nephews, Derek Ives, Patrick J. Orzel, William, Frederick, David Loomis, Michele Tingley and Caleigh Orzel. He is also survived by many cousins and extended family.
