Deborah Ann touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Borek and Bernice (Miarecki); her sons, Stephen Hazlett (Lori) of Wisconsin and Michael Hazlett (Tanya) of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Ashlie Hazlett and Louis Santana (Chelsey); her great grandchild Gage; her significant other Bartholomew "Robert" Porto; and her sister Phyllis Mikos (Stanley).
