Dennis F. Gaffney Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 12, 2023, at the age of 84, Dennis F. Gaffney of Meriden, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oswald J. Gaffney and Anna Gaffney (Flynn); and his brothers, Edward, James and Timothy.

He is survived by: his wife Joanne Gaffney (Longo); his children, Daniel, Megan Gaffney Ouellette (Scott) of Meriden and Patrick (Erin); his grandchildren, Jacqueline, Lillian, Owen Ouellette, Fiona and Aislyn Gaffney; his siblings, Margaret Roberts (Bill) of Tierra Verde, FL and Robert Gaffney of Wilmington, VT; and his sisters-in-law, Helen Gaffney (Ree) of Old Saybrook, CT, Barbara Lupa (Walter) of Durham, NC, Donna Gaffney of Meriden, CT and Gail Tanguay (Michael) of Kensington, CT. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
