She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald F. Lewis and Marie Lewis (Macolino). She is survived by: her siblings, Karen (Jeff Romine) of Honolulu, Linda (Jeffrey Sill) and Ronald A. (Denise Lewis) of Meriden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
