With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane Marie Rivers of Meriden, Connecticut, who passed away on August 13, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph J. Formica and Annie Marie Formica (Cassidy) of Middletown, Connecticut.; and her brother Anthony Formica. She is survived by: her daughters, Heather Wells (Kosischke) of Meriden, Tara Gardinier (Chuck Gardinier) of Meriden and Shannon Kosischke of Meriden; her grandchildren, Paige Cassina of Meriden, Chandler Cassina of Tolland, Cassidy and Cameron Wells of Meriden; her siblings, Joseph G. Formica of Meriden and Deborah Luft (Formica) of Meriden; and her former husband Carl J. Kosischke of Meriden. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
Diane "Ms. Estee Lauder" Marie Rivers (Formica-Kosischke), 80, passed at her home in Meriden, Connecticut on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease.
