She was predeceased by: her husband A. David Meacham Jr.; her parents, James Bergolios and Barbara Bergolios (Clark); and her sister Jacqueline Bergolios. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Meacham (Amie) of East Hampton, Her, Ryan Meacham of Meriden and Marci Day of Meriden; her grandchildren, Robert "RJ" Day, Maliah Day, Alexzandria Meacham, Cameron Meacham, Jillian Meacham and Lillian Parker; and her brother James Bergolios (Donna) of Bendersville, PA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Donna can be made to the American Cancer Society.
