She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Koncki; her parents, Wilbur O'Brien and Ann O'Brien; and her siblings, John, Frank, Wilbur, Dennis O'Brien, Evelyn Lyons, Ann Swiatek, Mary Gardinier and Joyce Kania.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Lorraine Koncki, Mariann Collis (Thomas), William (Laurel) and James (Pam); her grandchildren, Megan Bess (Garrett), Melissa Logan (Josh), Rebecca DiMauro (David) and Ryan Koncki; her great grandchildren, Maddisen, David Bess, Brooklyn and Jordan DiMauro; and her brother Thomas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests those who wish to express sympathy consider making a donation to their favorite charity in Anthony and Dorothy Koncki's name.
