He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Niland and Adelaide Niland; his brothers, Joseph and Raymond Niland; and his nieces, Lisa Niland Raczka and Amy Niland Motti.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Niland, Nicole, Tim Roussin (Danielle Ahne), Keely Niland Coviello and Jay; his grandchildren, Jack, Alex, Jonah, Joshua and Gianna; and his siblings, Anne Niland Murphy and William Niland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and grandnieces and grandnephews.
