He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Wolkowicz and Bernice Wolkowicz (Tomasik); his wife Marion Wolkowicz (Dowling); and his sisters, Eleanor Wolkowicz, Mary Olszewski (Frank), Chesterine Ostasieski (Lenny) and Bernice Cossette (George).

He is survived by : his children, Donna Wasserman and David Wolkowicz; his daughter-in-law Patricia Wolkowicz (Bennett); his grandson Jordan Wolkowicz (Paige Caddorette); his great grandchild Vincent; his grandson Ryan Wolkowicz; his sister Irene Church (Wayne); and his pet Teddy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
