He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine Alfonso (Paquin); and his parents, Ernest Alfonso and Helen Alfonso (Yusza). He is survived by: his children, Sherri Clark (Richard) of Meriden, Karen Haught (Brandon) of Daytona Beach, FL and Daniel Alfonso (Jean) of Wallingford; his sister Barbara Passarelli of Wallingford; his grandchildren, Natasha Mendes (Paulo) of Wallingford, Taylor Clark (Heather) of Meriden, Jocelyn Velazquez (Felix) of Meriden, Elizabeth Puglisi (Zach) of Daytona Beach, FL and Christopher Puglisi (Heather) of Pelham, AL; and his great grandchildren, Paige, Cameron, Dylan Clark, Spencer, Ian, Madelina Mendes, Elyana, Reina Velazquez, Teagan, Kingston Jones and Dominic Puglisi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
