He is survived by: his mother Antonietta Molarella Izzo; his wife Samantha Ricard Izzo; his sons, Luca and Lorenzo; his siblings, Joseph Izzo and Maria Izzo; his siblings' children, Rinaldo Izzo and Melissa Aviles; his aunt Rosa Molarella; and his cousins, Maria Molarella, Morena Molarella and Francesco Molarella. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and 2nd cousins.
