He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Piascik (Karbowski); and his parents, Franscis Piascik and Anna Piascik (Hogrefe). He is survived by: his sons, Gary Piascik (Kyle Anne) of Chicopee, MA, James Piascik (Lisa) of Wallingford and Michael Piascik of Meriden; his grandsons, John, Justin (Danielle), Stephan, Ian and Nathan; and his great grandchildren, James and Isabella.
