He was predeceased by: his grandfather Angel L. Hernandez; and his godfather Angel Hernandez. He is survived by: his parents, Jose Hernandez and Daisy Hernandez; his sisters, Yesenia and Alexa Hernandez; and his grandparents, David Sanchez, Aurelia Mejias and Estrella Ramirez. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
