He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Heinig and Lillian Heinig (Emans); his wife Katie (Blosser); and his brother-in-law David (Linda Blosser). He is survived by: his children, Tracey Falasco (David) of North Haven, Laurie Amaker of Meriden and Christopher Heinig (Paula) of Meriden; his brother Jeffrey Heinig (Silvana) of Middlefield; his sister-in-law Eileene Carlone (Saverio); his grandchildren, Kendrick Jr. "Tati", CJ, Laurissa, Justin and Kaitlyn; his great grandchildren, Kendrick III, Kathryn and Todd Blosser; Melinda Albert and Danielle Heinig.
