He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara R. McLean; his parents, Alexander McLean and Doris McLean (Atwood); his siblings, Edda Nathan and Robert McLean; and his daughter-in-law Barbara J. McLean.
He is survived by: his children, Clinton McLean (Nancy), Gene "Rusty" McLean, Jr. and Sharon LaMontagne (Renée); his grandchildren, Alexander McLean, Teresa McLean, Erin La, Lauren Hilscher, Kristen Madivala and Jeffrey Oblon; and his great grandchildren, Kaiden La and Finn Hilscher.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (159 W Main St, Meriden, CT 06450).
