She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Sakelarakis and James Sakelarakis; and her brother Louis Sakelarakis. She is survived by: her daughters, Effie (Ron Rice) and Leni (Costas Grossomanides); her grandchildren, Jennifer Istas, Phillip (Jennifer Leonard), Nicholas Grossomanides and Alex Grossomanides (Zosia); her great grandchildren, Taylor (Andrew Badamo), Liv, Brynn Leonard and Georgia Grossomanides; her nieces, Elaine Thibodeu and Penny DiLeo; and her godchildren, Angie Christodlous, Peter Ladas, Gregory Medes and Michael Esposito. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
