She was predeceased by: her parents, Mario Mugni and Anna Mugni (Chiarel); her siblings, Louise Colaluce (Mario), Adam Mugni Sr. (Norma) and Marie "Bobbie" Ciesluk (Joseph); and her husband Leonard Young Sr. (Lee).
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Young of Prospect, Leonard Young Jr. of Hamden, Michael Young (Karen) of Southington and Dean Young (Amy) of Cheshire; her grandchildren, Carissa Lockett (Michael) of Hamden, Thomas Buchter (Alison) of Tolland, MA, Alison Fazio (Paul) of Middletown, Tyler Young of Meriden, Andrew and Kaitlyn Young of Cheshire; her great grandchildren, Matthew, Emelia, Nathan, Brennan Lockett of Hamden, Emily, Jake and Mabel Buchter of Tolland, MA.; her sister-in-law Frances Giovanelli (Jerry) of Trumbull; and her pet Bonnie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
