She was predeceased by: her siblings, Chester Hulkowitz, Wanda Knight and Stephanie Hulkowitz. She is survived by: her husband Thomas D'Annolfo; and her children, Donna Sledzik (Paul) of Stafford Springs, CT, Diane McGowan (Nick) of Bel Air, MD, Steven D'Annolfo (Lisa) of Cheshire, CT, Nancy Albrecht (Tom) of Old Saybrook, CT and Mary Jane Sheahan (Bill) of Old Saybrook, CT.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
