She was predeceased by: her husband Edmund Joseph "Ned" O'Brien; and her parents, Earl Nelson and Theda Nelson. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Lohrmann (Dick), Mark (Anne), Keith and Tim. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren.
