She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Jacoby (McAuliff) and Paul Jacoby; and her siblings, Betty Messier, Bill and Paul Jacoby.
She is survived by: her close friend Lucy Moriarty; her caregiver Mary Jo Medford; her nieces and nephews, Deb Kimball, Nancy Messier, Mitchell Jacoby, Douglas Jacoby, Eric Jacoby and Brennan Jacoby; and her sisters-in-law, Raili Jacoby and Lee Jacoby. She is also survived by ten great nieces and nephews; five great-great nieces and nephews.
