He was predeceased by: his father Richard O. Clark Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Cassandra Clark of Meriden, Richard O. Clark III of Naugatuck, Christopher A. Clark of Middletown and Kelly Godin Capponcelli of South Hadley, Massachusetts.; and his grandfather John A. Muzzio. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, and several nieces and nephews.
