He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Batter (Cormier); his daughter Sara Batter; his grandchildren, Autumn Mahoney and Dahlia Gott; his brother Larry Batter (Monica); his stepmother Joanna Batter; his former wife Kate (John Midworth); his uncle Michael Moss (Mary Morgan Moss); his nieces and nephews, Veronika Leal, Lizzy Ponchak, Alysia Gould Wolf, Michael Ponchak, Tyler Lapierre (Kylie) and Connor Lapierre (Erika); and his sisters-in-law, Lisa Cormier Smith (Tom), Beth Cormier (Joanne) and Tanya Lapierre.
