We are sad to announce that, on March 9, 2026, at the age of 78, Joanne B. Altieri in Meriden, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Joanne had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Joanne may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo Bordonaro and Florence Bordonaro; her husband Thomas Altieri; and her brother-in-law Richard. She is survived by: her daughter Jeannine Altieri (Michael Graham); her sister Andrea Bordonaro (Theresa Wanat); and her siblings-in-law, David Altieri and Kim Altieri. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
