It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Francis Hennessey of Meriden, Connecticut, born in Montréal, Québec, who passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Joseph Hennessey and Lottie Muriel (Logan); his wife Joan; and his brothers, Alan Thomas, MD and Brian Charles, MD.

He is survived by: his children, Kathleen A. Mulroy Paul D. (Richard Mulroy MD), Joanna M. Salmon (Jamie Noel Salmon), Alicia M. Hennessey, Mary Ellen H. McKee and John J. Hennessey MD (Robin Thibodeau Hennessey). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
