He was predeceased by: his spouse Sandy Rios; his parents, Luis Rios and Eulalia Morales; his stepson Scott; and his siblings, Gladys, Isabel, Edwin and Nelson.
He is survived by: his children, Juliana Rios, Jose Rios (Laura Rios), Edwin Rios (Carmen Molina-Rios) and Joseph Rios; his stepdaughter Lisa; his grandchildren, Regina, Joseph, Mya, Gabriella, Deanna and Michael; his great grandchildren, Dante, Genesis and Jayda; and his brothers, Anibal and Justo Rios. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
