She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Padilla Matias and Zoila Mercado of Padilla; her husband Santos "Tato" Aponte; and her siblings, Angel Manuel Padilla, Juan, Wilfredo Padilla, Axel Padilla and Aida Luz Pacheco.
She is survived by: her sons, Edgard D. Sevilla (Tommi), Jose R. Estrada (Nayeli) and Sammy Aponte (Benita); her grandchildren, Brandon Sevilla, Daniela Lynn Sevilla, Venessa D. Burris, Natasha J. Forester, Nicole E. Medina, Jose R. Estrada Jr., Daniel A. Estrada Alvarez, Ana Sofia Estrada Alvarez, Jennifer Lynn Nazario and Adriana Lynese Aponte; her great grandchildren, Finnley, Rowan, Logan, Paisley, Kaiya and Cristian; and her siblings, Cruz Antonio Padilla and Alfredo Padilla.
