He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Geer and Rita Geer. He is survived by: his fiancée Katrina Hayes; his sons, Peter N. Geer (Holly) and Joseph Geer Jr.; his sister Rose Baxter; and his pet Sven. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
