She was predeceased by: her husband Edmund Chrzanowski; her sister June Feathers (John); and her nephew Todd Feathers. She is survived by: her children, Connie D'Antonio (Mark) of Wallingford, Donna Gladney (Scott) of Wallingford and Roy Chrzanowski (Lynda) of Canton; her grandchildren, Alex Gladney (Teresa), Evan Gladney (Olivia), Summer Gladney and Adam D'Antonio (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Ava and Brynn Gladney; and her brother-in-law Henry Chase.
