She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Gollnick and Dorothy Beaudreau Gollnick; her husband Herbert P. Screen, Jr.; and her son Scott A. Screen. She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Beauregard (Peter Rocco) and Terri Zimmer; her grandchildren, Alexa Hopkins (Jeffrey), Hunter Beauregard and Kiana Rocco; and her great grandchildren, Colton Pierce and Presley Jean.
