She was predeceased by: her husband Oscar Ortiz Sr.; and her children, Oscar Ortiz and Luz Ortiz. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Eulalia Ortiz; her grandchildren, Zechariah Ortiz, Keila Rivera (Joshua Rivera), Karen Ortiz, Jeremiah Ortiz and Deborah Ortiz; her great grandchildren, Kyreem Reyes, Chynna White, Jaetou Ortiz, MiAziah Ortiz, Skylin Maldonado, DeCarlo Muñoz-Ortiz, Jaela Rivera and Jakeem Nelson; and her family Omega. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
