She is survived by: her children, Randy Cousino (Claudia), Denise Smith (Terry), Glen Cousino (Debra), Michelle Hettrick and Mark Cousino; her sister Alice Parys; her grandchildren, Terry Jr., Debra Lee, Jamie, Tiffaney, Jessica, Kelly, Rebecca, Michael, Ryan, Brandon, Cory, Cody, Ben, Somer, Josiah, Tory, Mary and Lexi; her caregivers, Peta Rose, Ty, Donna, Troy of Caren, Theda, Tiffany, Dora, B. J. and Julie; and her sisters, Marcia and Catherine Mary. She is also survived by 28 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
