We bid farewell to June L. Heckart (Meriden, Connecticut), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 28, 2025 at the age of 72. June touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid adieu to June's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration June has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Stetson and Elizabeth Stetson. She is survived by: her husband Richard Heckart of Berlin, CT; her daughter Christina Heckart (Ron Sheffer) of Middletown, CT; and her siblings, Beverly Breeger (Donald), Edward Stetson (Dawn) and Joan Skiffington (Curtis).
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Queen of Angels (22 Goodwill Ave, Meriden, CT 06451).
