We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2023, at the age of 88, Loretta V. Ferreira of Meriden, Connecticut, born in Fall River, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph H. Ferreira; her parents, Alfred Desrosiers and Lillian Desrosiers Branco (Dufresne); her son-in-law Matthew Richardson; her stepfather Manuel Branco; and her siblings, Raymond Desrosiers, Mary Martel, Roger Desrosiers and Donald Desrosiers.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Voisine (Roger) of Port Orange, FL, Donna Magill (J. Michael) of The Villages, FL, Pamela Dunn (Joseph) of Port Orange, FL, Joseph Ferreira (Karen) of Meriden, CT, Scott Ferreira (Ann Marie) of Westbrook, CT, Valerie Ledoux (James) of Southington, CT, Alfred Ferreira (Amber) of Meriden, CT and Christine Gonzalez (Alex) of Lexington, SC; and her siblings, Joseph Desrosiers (Gerry), Normand Desrosiers (Moe) and Lorraine Bettencourt. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 20 greatgrandchildren.
