Loucks of Meriden, Connecticut, born in Cheshire, Connecticut, who passed away on December 10, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Reinhard and Olive Reinhard (Andrews); her husband Harold B. Loucks; and her brother William Reinhard, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Dean Loucks (Cindy) of Southington, Pamela Bosward (Hal) of Hamden and Todd Loucks (Gail) of Wallingford; and her brother Edward Reinhard, Sr. of Southington. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
