It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucas Carreira of Meriden, Connecticut, born in Paris, Ile de France, who passed away on April 23, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Alcides Carreira. He is survived by: his mother Maria Carvalho Carreira; his wife Debbie Kotrys; his son Jonathan Carreira; his brother Sergio; and his sister-in-law Nanette Carreira. He is also survived by his 3 nephews; his many aunts, uncles and cousins and his 4 stepdaughters; 2 step sons in law; 14 step grandchildren and 4 step great grandsons.
