She was predeceased by: her siblings, Tiny Gordon, Lillian Reid (Lilly), Icilda Mowatt (Girly), Victoria Brown (Maude), Phillip and Gilbert Gordon; her daughter Hazel Ann Pilgrim; and her husband Keith Pilgrim.
She is survived by: her children, Elese Taylor, Beverly Balfour, Peter Pilgrim, Ronald Pilgrim, Claude Balfour and Winston George (Rugged); her children-in-law, Irvin Taylor Jr. and Marva Balfour; and her sister Loretta Samms. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
