He is survived by: his spouse Zulma Matos; his children, Sheila Carrasquillo (Jesús Monge) of New Haven, Zaynith Carrasquillo of Meriden, Ashley Stokes of Greenville, SC, Daniel Madrid (Diana) of New Haven, Ruben Madrid of Gaithersburg, MD, Anthony Davis of Germantown, MD, Ryan Madrid of Alexandria, VA and Shawn Stephens of West Haven; and his brother Nelson Richards (Vivian Cordero) of New Haven. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, one great0grandson, and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
