She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Hidalgo of Jesus Alvarez and Martha Magdalena Hidalgo. She is survived by: her sons, Edgar Vargas (Danielle Vargas) and Frederick Vargas; and her grandchildren, Natalie Vargas and Alexander Vargas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
