She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Tracy and Margaret Tracy; and her brother Frank. She is survived by: her husband Charles Deegan; her children, Maureen Richard (Kyle) of Prospect, Charles (Carmen) of Wallingford, Brian of Wallingford and Thomas (Pelinda) of Chatham, MA; and her grandchildren, Jarod, Alex and Charlie.
