She is survived by: her daughter Amy Crusberg; her granddaughter Elena Crusberg; her brother Thomas Dziadosz (Kathy); her nieces, Amy and Johanna; her nephew Thomas; her cousin Elizabeth Nawrocki; her friend Patricia Marcinczyk; and her former husband Steven Crusberg. She is also survived by cousins, and grand nieces and nephews.
