She was predeceased by: her parents, Pierre Melanson and Emily Melanson; her husband Ernie; and her siblings, Jeanette Welsh, Gilbert, Leonard, Lewis, Raymond and Willard Melanson.

She is survived by: her daughter Suzanne Clark (Glen); her granddaughter Michelle Bulin (Dave); her great grandchild Shannon O'Connor; her pet Lexi; and her siblings, Carol Miller, Diane Foisy, Lucille Mello, Therese Champoux, Roger and Joseph Melanson.
