It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael J. Miller of Meriden, Connecticut, who passed away on July 5, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Michael touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard H. Miller Sr. and Phyllis Miller (Rogers); his brother Richard H. Miller Jr.; his granddaughter Fionna Pope; and his niece Jessie Katz.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Pope (Stephen); his grandchildren, Annaleise Miller, Isabella Miller and Moira Pope; and his siblings, Nadine Kowalec (Thomas), Patricia Rivera (Elias) and Jeffrey Miller (Madeline). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wallingford Funeral Home (809 N Main Street Ext, Wallingford, CT 06492). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location.
