He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Pudvah (Bolton). He is survived by: his father Laurice Pudvah; his nieces and nephews, Clayton, Lauren, Ed, Matthew, Tyler, Ben, Emily and Sara; and his siblings, Patrice Logan (Kelly), David Pudvah (Carolyn) and Christopher Pudvah. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
