He was predeceased by: his wife Jovita Ulloa; his parents, Pablo Aceves and Berenice Barba; and his siblings, Dolores, Amalia, Carolina Acevez and Pedro Acevez.
He is survived by: his children, Norma Elizabeth Acevez (Adrian), Maria Guillermina Acevez (Efren), Miguel Angel Acevez (Martha Ruiz), Pablo Acevez (Livier), Saul Acevez, Oscar Acevez (Ana Isabel), Hugo Alberto Acevez (Gisela Gonzalez) and Abel Acevez (Jaqueline); his grandchildren, Isaac, Jacqueline, Kathy, Miguel, Edgar, Oscar, Saul, David, Alejandro, Valeria, Sandy, Adrian, Fernando, Brian, Isabella, Christopher, Kasandra, Nalleli, Daniel, Diana, Pablo and Mariana; and his sisters, Rosa Acevez, Nazaria Acevez and Berenice Acevez. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
